Tender Riot happens before we begin — a preparation for revolt, a temporary shelter for tired dreamers. The stage becomes a barricade, a concert, a ritual of humiliation. A performance gone wrong in which everyone is in motion. We build and dismantle our own authority until tenderness turns into defiance. Somewhere between a show, a protest, and a support group for people experiencing burnout, the piece unfolds like the dream of a rebellion that never arrives.

Tender Riot brings together seven artists from dance, music, visual arts, and performance for their first collaboration. At a crossroads between choreography, sound, light, and visual design, the group explores the collective as resistance and tenderness as practice. Grounded in horizontality and experimentation, different artistic communities join forces to create a work that is at once intimate and challenging.
